Delicious mixed fruit smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 kiwi, sliced
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (8 ounce) container peach yogurt

Method

In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth

Oat,Honey and Banana Smoothie

4 tbsp rolled oats
300ml natural yogurt
150ml semi-skimmed milk
2 Bananas
2 tsp Honey

Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Calories : 195
fat : 4.5g

Mango and Strawberry

1 mango
200g strawberrys, halved
150ml natural yogurt
75ml semi-skimmed milk

Cut open the mango in half either side of the stone. Scoop out the flesh from both halfs. Put the flesh in the blender together with the strawberrys, natural yogurt and milk. Blend until smooth.

Makes aprox. 4 Servings

Low Fat Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

In a blender mix together until smooth

200ml skimmed milk
100ml pineapple juice
and 1 small banana

Total Calories : 182
Total Fat : 0.3g

Blackcurrant and Blueberry Smoothie

(serves 2)

Ingredients

250grams fresh blackcurrants
125grams blueberries
15ml crème de cassis
6 ice-cubes
1 teaspoon of honey or sugar (optional)

Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Pour and serve.

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Chocolate Banana Smoothie
(serves 2)

Ingredients
1 banana
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 medium cup of milk
1 medium cup of crushed ice

Method

Chop the banana into four pieces then add to the blender. Then add the chocolate syrup, milk and crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Mango Smoothie

Paradise in a glass. Make it with a firm, ripe banana for best flavor.
Servings: 2 cups or 1 serving Prep Time: 10 minutes

1/2 cup pineapple juice,
chilled 1 cup diced mango
1 banana sliced
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice,
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger,
3 ice cubes

In blender, combine pineapple juice, mango, banana, lime juice, ginger, and ice and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour into 1 tall glass.Based on individual serving.

Strawberry Banana smoothie

What's there not to like? Two of our fav fruits combined into a tasty smoothie!

Ingredients:
1 cup strawberry nectar or apple juice
1 cup milk
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup strawberry yogurt

Method:
Place all Ingredients in blender, blend for 30 seconds, serve and sit back and enjoy...Simple...:)

Pina Coladas

Ahhhh yes an all time winner! Grab the mini umbrellas and lets make some non - alcoholic pina coladas!

Ingredients:

5 Tbs. Coconut milk
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 frozen banana (chunks)
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

Method :
Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pop in an mini umbrella and hey presto!
Serves 3-5

The 30second Smoothie

Time not on your side? Try this simple smoothie

What you need:
1 cup Nofat Yogurt
1 cup Orange Juice
Ice cubes (as many as you desire!)

Method:
Simply put all ingredients in blender and whip till frothy! Simple as.. :)
